Terms of use
Effective October 12, 2026
These terms cover corwenco.com and the Corwen dashboard at dashboard.corwenco.com, both run by Corwen LLC, a Utah limited liability company in Salt Lake City, Utah ("Corwen", "we"). By using the site or the dashboard, you agree to them. If you have a question about anything here, email stiles@corwenco.com.
Work for your firm
Work Corwen does for your firm is governed by the statement of work your firm signs and any other written agreement between your firm and Corwen. If one of those conflicts with these terms, it controls. Descriptions of workflows and services on corwenco.com are general information. Scope, price and dates are set only in a signed statement of work.
Using corwenco.com
You may read the site and share links to it. Do not copy it to present as your own, collect its content in bulk with automated tools, try to break or overload it, or send false information through the backlog review form.
Dashboard accounts
- Accounts are by invitation. Corwen adds the people at your firm, and each person sets their own password from an emailed link.
- One account per person. Do not share your sign-in details or let anyone else use your account.
- If you think someone else has used your account, email stiles@corwenco.com right away.
- Your firm is responsible for what its people do in the dashboard.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts another firm's information at risk. When your firm stops working with Corwen, we may limit its accounts to reading or close them.
What you may not do in the dashboard
- Try to reach another firm's information, or any part of the dashboard your account has not been given.
- Probe, scan or test its security without our written permission.
- Upload malware, or use the dashboard to send messages nobody asked for.
- Put patient health information in it.
- Put in information your firm has no right to share with Corwen.
- Copy, resell or rebuild the dashboard or its workflows, except as your firm's written agreement with Corwen allows.
Your information
Your firm owns what it puts into the dashboard. You allow Corwen to store, show and use it to do the work your firm asked for and to run the dashboard, as described in the privacy policy at corwenco.com/privacy.
Corwen's property
The site, the dashboard, and the Corwen name and logo belong to Corwen. Who owns what Corwen builds for your firm is set in your firm's written agreement with Corwen.
Other services
The dashboard works with services your firm already uses, such as email, file storage and accounting software. Those services have their own terms, and Corwen is not responsible for them.
No warranty
To the extent the law allows, the site and the dashboard are provided as they are and as available. We do not promise that either will always be available or free of errors. What Corwen commits to for your firm's work is in your signed statement of work.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Corwen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from use of the site or the dashboard, and Corwen's total liability for any claim under these terms is limited to $100. This section does not limit anything in a statement of work or other written agreement between your firm and Corwen.
Changes
We may change these terms. We post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and we email dashboard account holders before a change takes effect.
Law
Utah law governs these terms. Any dispute about them goes to the state or federal courts in Salt Lake County, Utah.
