The problem

Everyone knows what needs fixing. Nobody has the time or the budget.

Every business has the list. Projects that would save real hours every week, that everyone agrees should happen, and that have been sitting there for a year or more. The people who could do them are busy running the business. The quotes that come back from agencies and consultancies are priced for companies ten times your size. So the workarounds stay, and they cost a little more every month.

That is not a criticism. It is where nearly every company your size is right now, and it built up one reasonable decision at a time. We exist to work that list down: one project at a time, at a price you can say yes to, finished on the date we agreed.

What we do

The projects on the list, done right, at a fair price.

Projects

The things that have been piling up

Internal tools, integrations between the systems you already run, automation of the work a person does by hand, data cleanup and migrations, websites and portals, reporting. Scoped from the list we build with you, piloted with real staff before we call it done.

Price

A number that makes sense for your size

Every project is a fixed price, quoted after the review, before any work starts. No hourly meter, no change orders for things we should have seen. If it takes us longer than we said, that is our problem, not yours. Most projects come in well under what an agency would quote for the same work.

Timeline

A date we put in writing

Most projects take one to four weeks. You see progress every week, not a demo at the end. When it ships, your people are trained on it and it comes with a written record of how it works. If you want someone to keep owning it after that, we stay on.

Type of projectWhat it usually looks like
Internal toolsThe tracker, portal, or dashboard someone has been meaning to build. Request queues, approvals, job boards, customer lookups.
IntegrationsTwo systems that should talk and do not. Orders into the books, forms into the CRM, the spreadsheet that gets re-keyed every week.
AutomationThe recurring work a person does by hand. Document generation, reminders, follow-ups, filing, reporting, inbox triage.
Data cleanup and migrationMoving off the old system, merging duplicate records, getting the data into a state you can trust.
Websites and portalsThe company site that has not been touched in years. Customer or vendor portals. Intake forms that feed the right place.
ReportingThe numbers leadership asks for every month, produced without anyone spending a day in spreadsheets.
Industries

Where the backlog usually is.

We work across industries. What changes is not the method, it is which projects have been waiting the longest. This is what we typically find first.

IndustryWhat has usually been waiting
Accounting and taxEngagement letters, client onboarding, document intake, busy season capacity, data entry from client records
LegalClient intake, document review, billing narrative cleanup, matter management
Healthcare and dentalScheduling, no-show reduction, patient follow-up, insurance verification, records requests
Home services and tradesQuote generation, dispatch scheduling, follow-up sequences, review requests, after-hours calls
Property managementMaintenance request triage, tenant communication, lease generation, vendor coordination
Retail and ecommerceInventory forecasting, reorder automation, customer outreach, review generation
Operations teams anywhereReporting, internal request tracking, approvals, onboarding, the systems that should be connected and are not

If your business is not on this list, the review is still free and the method is the same. We will tell you honestly if we are not the right fit.

Systems

We work with what you already run.

We do not ask you to migrate. Part of the review is finding out what actually connects to what, and telling you before we quote rather than in week three.

Who this is for

Businesses with more to fix than time to fix it.

CriteriaDetail
SizeRoughly 5 to 250 people. Big enough to have a backlog that costs real money, not big enough to have a team whose whole job is clearing it.
ShapeSomeone who can say yes. An owner, a general manager, or a department head with a budget and a list.
LocationSalt Lake City and the Wasatch Front for on-site work. Remote elsewhere.
Current stateThe list exists, it keeps getting longer, and the last quote you got for any of it made you close the email.

We turn down work we cannot do well. In a market this size, one bad reference costs more than the project was worth.
